Director of Operations & Finance

Tatum Hayes serves as Director of Operations at the Museum of Outdoor Arts (MOA), where she leads the operational and administrative functions supporting the organization’s exhibitions, outdoor installations, and large-scale cultural programming.

Tatum holds a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver, and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning law, finance, and nonprofit management. Her professional experience includes overseeing budgeting and financial planning, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships across both public and private sectors.

At MOA, she focuses on strengthening operational infrastructure and implementing scalable systems that support the museum’s continued growth while advancing its mission of integrating art into everyday environments.
