Director of Operations & Finance
Tatum Hayes is a Human Resources and Finance professional with over 15 years in the industry. Tatum joined the MOA team in 2007 when she was hired to manage the logistics of transporting and installing a major arts exhibition at Burning Man in Black Rock City, Nevada. Since then Tatum has held various roles in MOA operations and currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations. Prior to working for MOA, Tatum served in the U.S. Army working in both healthcare and public affairs.
Tatum has an M.S. in Organizational Psychology and graduate certificates in Human Resources and Project Management. She is currently pursuing a dual degree J.D and L.L.M in Tax at Denver Law where she is also a Tillman Scholar.
Tatum’s areas of legal and professional research include land use and housing equality, legal protections for nonhuman animals, felony murder reform, and contract and employment law changes in a post-pandemic society.
Her dream dinner party guest list includes Barack and Michelle Obama, Sarah Cooper, Anna Wintour, LeBron James, and Keith Richards.
