About the Artist

“For over 20 years, Zach has parlayed a life long love of art into a recognized career as a muralist, concept artist, graphic designer, fine artist and illustrator. He enjoys bringing ideas to life in colorful, dynamic works and believes art should be an immersive experience. Almost as if the viewer were a tiny bug that landed onto a children’s book. Zach is passionate about creating fun, dynamic characters in detailed and extravagant environments. Whether a mural or element of graphic design, his work incorporates significant depth and atmosphere and can be seen in different mediums across the country.

He currently works as a concept designer for movies and video games in addition to various mural projects across the metro Denver area. Previously he was the co-owner of The Rouge’s gallery and Fresh Ink clothing and worked in apparel design for one of the largest mid-tier T-shirt design companies.

Zach lives in Denver with his loving wife and two amazing little daughters. In his spare time he also enjoys painting and working on his comic book series, Outlandish.”

Zach selected the Praying Mantis for his mural at Fiddler’s Green.
