About Butterfly Mural

Jolt was born in Colorado raised by native Denverites in North Denver and GlobeVille. Real name, Jeremy Silas Ulibarri. Jolt begin his life as an artist since the age of 5. his father and grandmother were both artists. The first time he created large scale art with aerosol was at 12 years old. Metro Denver provided the perfect landscape of abandoned buildings with graffiti art in the 90’s and murals still standing from The Chicano/Chicana Murals movement of the 70’s and 80’s to inspire his life as a public artist​. The exposure he has had from studying and participating in The Chicano Art Movement, the world wide graffiti culture and commercial world of muralism, design, illustration and fine art has created a career of over two decades as an artist with a focus on public art representing the communities and culture of which he comes from.
