Madden Gallery Event Rentals

Event Rentals at Madden Gallery

Pricing

The Madden Gallery is available for private rentals after hours, on weekends, and on Mondays. The gallery is not available for private events during regular business hours of Tuesday – Friday from 10 AM – 4 PM.
The rental rate is $500 per hour with a minimum rental of 3 hours. Time required for event set up and break down is also billed at the rental rate of $500 per hour.
Full day rentals from 9 AM – 10 PM inclusive of set up and strike are billed at $5,000.
Rental price includes a cleaning fee for the Madden Gallery.
Security is provided by the building. If lessee requires additional security, that can be coordinated with Allied Universal Security Services at lessee’s expense.

Capacity

The capacity of the Madden Gallery is 300 people standing room only, when there are no sculptural elements on exhibit. When there are sculptural elements on exhibit, the standing room capacity is reduced to 200.
For a seated event with round dining tables or banquet tables, the comfortable capacity is approximately 120.
The “Vault” conference room seats 12 comfortably and has presentation capabilities through the use of a projector screen and sound system. The table and chairs cannot be moved out of the conference room.

Set Up and Coordination

If there an exhibition installed in the gallery, movement of the sculpture will be at MOA’s sole discretion and may be coordinated for the safety of the artwork. Ordinarily, sculptures and furniture cannot be moved, with the exception of the reception desk that can operate as a service bar.
For an additional fee MOA can assist lessee with procuring rental equipment, meeting vendors for load in, and overseeing strike of rental equipment and vendor load out. Fee ranges from $500-$1,000 depending on the number of hours of use and the complexity of event set up.

Vendors and Rentals

All rentals of the Madden Gallery must use Vibe for both catering and beverage service. No other food or beverage vendors are authorized to operate within the Madden Gallery space. Please contact Mario at Vibemario@vibecoffeeandwine.com for pricing and availability.
MOA has limited rentals available such as cabaret tables, coat racks, and a PA system for an additional cost.
Announcements can be coordinated with the band’s PA system or through the rental of MOA’s system. Connecting to the MOA Sonos system is not possible for ambient music or for announcements.
MOA does not have dining tables, chairs, stools,  linens, or other rentals available and lessees should plan for outside rentals, depending on the nature of the event.
MOA does not have a preferred rental vendor, but All Seasons Rental is located less than a mile away and works on many MOA events. Lessees can use any vendor of their choice.

Insurance

Any vendor hired for delivery or pick up within the Madden Gallery space, including musicians, bands, and performers must provide a COI listing MOA as additional insured and also provide a COI listing the building, Palazzo Verdi, as additional insured.

Common Spaces

Use of common spaces, including the lobby area, the bathrooms on the first floor, and parking lots are at the discretion of Palazzo Verdi and must be coordinated separately with building management, subject to those terms and conditions.
