About The Winged Messenger

The Winged Messenger brings to life the story of Pegasus, who was born from fire and blood. Inspired by the ancient markers of way finders (cairns), the series is composed of geometric metal rock stacks representing the individual stars of the constellation Pegasus. While the arrangement maps out the constellation precisely, a shift in perspective reveals that the overlapping silhouettes create the illusion of a roaring fire.
