Assistant Property Manager

Duke Specht serves as both resident DJ and Property Manager for MOA where he blends technical precision with creative energy to support the museum’s dynamic programming and outdoor spaces. In his role as Assistant Property Manager, Duke oversees the care, maintenance, and operational readiness of MOA’s venues and installations, ensuring that Marjorie Park, Fiddler’s Green, and associated properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming for artists, performers, and visitors alike. Duke also plays a key artistic role in the Marjorie Park events series through his DJ residency and Rock the Block appearances.
