About The Deer

The deer, showcased in the mural at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, symbolizes grace, gentleness, and a harmonious connection to nature. Depicted as an illuminated beacon in a dismal, urban forest, this mystical creature embodies the resilience of nature reclaiming spaces once dominated by human development. Its presence reflects both the memory of what the urban environment once was and the transformative power of nature’s return, offering a vision of hope and renewal. This ethereal depiction aligns with the amphitheater’s celebration of art, music, and the enduring beauty of the natural world.

About The Artists

Artists, Adden Joule and AGPNT collaborated to create this truly stunning mural in October 2024.

Adden Joule is a full time muralist, sculptor, and jeweler based in Denver, Colorado. His work can be found around the world, most notably in Europe, Indonesia, and Central America, and he has public works scattered across the US. He is the founder of an internationally recognized jewelry and sculpture brand know as Project Street Gold and has worked with world renowned muralists and graffiti writers to create limited edition series of cast metal sculpture. His mural work honors native wildlife and ecology and his techniques focus on realism and graphic surrealism paired with abstract geometric elements. His work speaks to diverse communities and age groups and he always strives to reflect on and relate the art to the communities and environments he works in. Adden J was the Artist Fellow for the Museum of Outdoor Arts in 2020 and helped curate and facilitate the Mural initiative at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre.

AG, aka AGPNT (pronounced A. G. Paint), is a nomadic visual artist living on the road based in the United States. Born and raised in Michigan, his love for art was clear at a young age, but it wasn’t until he discovered graffiti and skateboarding that he found what truly inspired him to create. Fascinated with the rebellious, unconventional nature of the two, AG moved out to Colorado to live in the mountains and refine his skills on a skateboard and snowboard around some of the best extreme sports athletes and parks in the United States. Unaware of the art scene growing in Denver, AG discovered a world class street art movement in Denver’s RiNo Art District and became obsessed with improving his skills and concepts with a spray can. After some serious injuries affiliated with snowboarding, AG reimagined his future and dove head first into refining and growing a career for himself as an artist.
