About Community Flow
Designed by our Design and Build alumni Amanda Vela-Charbonneau, of Spirit Pervades Matter, who grew up in Englewood! She was inspired by the history of the City Ditch in Englewood. In 1861, the 27-mile ditch ran from the Chatfield resevoir area through Englewood and in to Denver, carrying water with gravity to farms and communities in the area. The water allowed cities like Englewood to thrive. Amanda says “the seamless patterns of my design represents the community. The nautilus represents water, growth, development, and life.”
