About Night Movement

Standing firmly as independent objects in space, Night Movement invites the viewer to go beyond visual senses, and imagine what it would feel like to be inside. Night Movement encourages Isherwood’s fascination with interior and exterior space.

Echoing ancient carvings and architectural columns, each side is alive with tactile surfaces, jagged contours, and staggered planes. Isherwood graduated with honors from Canterbury College of Art in England before he received his M.F.A. at Syracuse University in New York. He exhibits his work in Illinois, New York, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, Vermont, and the United Kingdom.
