By submitting your proposal, you agree to an exclusive license of the project proposal to the Museum of Outdoor Arts ( hereinto referred to as “MOA”) valid for five (5) years, if your project is selected as one of the top four winning proposals. In addition, you agree that MOA may maintain any and all projects, winning or not, as part of its Design and Build Competition archives and website and expressly grant permission to MOA to utilize the proposal for educational and marketing related purposes, without restriction. A winning proposal may not be recreated outside of the Design and Build program during the period of licensure without the express written permission of MOA.
