About Englewood Civic Center
City Center Englewood was redeveloped in the late 90’s in an effort to gentrify the surrounding area south of Denver.
As a new urbanism environment, The Museum of Outdoor Arts’ extensive public sculpture collection blends into the landscape and architecture of the commercial and municipal buildings. As a transit oriented site, the RTD Light Rail and buses enhance the theme of transportation in many of the artists’ work. MOA’s indoor galleries, studios, and headquarter offices are located within the Englewood Civic Center.
